How much should I be spending on ads to work with you?

We typically work with clients spending a minimum of AED 5,000–10,000 per month on ad budget. That's not a rigid rule — it's the level where there's enough data to optimise meaningfully and where our management adds clear, measurable value. Our fee is separate from your ad spend, and we'll be upfront about what makes sense for your situation before you commit to anything.

How long before I see results?

Most clients see meaningful movement within 30–60 days. The first two weeks are about proper setup and baseline data. By week four we have enough to make informed optimisation decisions. Consistent, compounding improvement typically comes in months two and three as bidding strategies learn and creative testing pays off. We set clear 30/60/90-day milestones from the start so you always know what to expect.

Will I always have access to my own ad accounts?

Always. We work inside your Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platform accounts — never in ours. You have full admin access from day one, and if we ever part ways, everything stays with you — your account history, your audiences, your data. That's non-negotiable for us.

For visual creative (images, videos, reels), we can work with assets you provide, brief your design team, or connect you with our creative partners if you need content built from scratch. We'll be clear about what we need from you before launch.

How do you measure and report on performance?

Monthly reports through a custom Looker Studio dashboard — covering the metrics that matter: ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, revenue, and spend efficiency. We send it before our monthly call so you've had time to review it. No metric padding, no burying bad news. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.

Do you work with businesses outside the UAE?

Yes. Our core market is Dubai and the GCC, but we manage campaigns for clients across the UK, Europe, North America, and South Asia. We have experience with multilingual campaigns including Arabic-language paid search and region-specific audience strategies. Time zones haven't been an issue — we work around your schedule.
